Operator Stack. A community for GTM operators who use AI in their actual work.

Free. On Skool. Slash commands, workflow shares, stack teardowns, 'how I built this' posts. Practitioners only. No thought leaders. No 'AI evangelists.' Just operators figuring out what works.

What happens here.

Operator Stack is where GTM operators share the real stuff — the slash commands they actually use, the workflows that survived contact with production, the Claude Code setups that didn't break. Not another 'AI thought leadership' group. No one's posting '5 AI trends for 2026.' People are posting 'here's the `/customer-context` command I built, here's what it pulls, here's what broke, here's how I fixed it.'

Who's in here.

Sales ops managers who are tired of building reports nobody reads. CS ops leads who want their CSMs to stop hunting across 6 tabs before every QBR. Product ops people who need release notes drafted from Jira, not from memory. RevOps directors who want at-risk deals surfaced before the Monday morning meeting. If you're wiring AI into your actual stack — or want to learn how — you belong here.

Who it’s not for

  • AI philosophers who want to debate AGI timelines
  • Vendors who want to pitch their tool in the #general channel
  • People who've never run a slash command and don't intend to

Yes, some members become customers.

Operator Stack is free. It's also the top of our funnel — some community members eventually become pilot customers. That's not a secret. We're transparent about it because our buyers are cynical for good reason, and they'd figure it out anyway.

But the community stands on its own. It's a place to learn from other operators doing the same thing you're doing. If you never become a customer, that's fine. If you learn something that makes your team more effective, the community did its job. If you eventually want a done-for-you implementation, you know where to find us.

What operators are building.

  • Built a `/customer-context` command that pulls from HubSpot + Gong + Zendesk. Returns a structured brief in ~90 seconds. Here's the setup, here's what broke, here's the fixed version.

  • Wired Claude into our Salesforce + Jira + Slack stack for a 10-rep CS pilot. Baseline: 38 min avg prep time per QBR. After 2 weeks: 4 min. Here's the architecture diagram and the approval gate config.

  • EU AI Act compliance for governed agents — here's the risk classification framework our DPO signed off on. Sharing in case it saves someone else the 3-week back-and-forth.
